Your Reiki Master Estelle, is a member of the Association of
Therapy Lecturers. As an approved Reiki Teacher with the Complementary Therapists Association,
her Reiki courses enable successful
students to obtain membership and insurance facilities. The courses

Reiki First Degree
This is a two-day course, which usually takes place over a weekend,
but is sometimes offered mid-week.
At level 1 you will learn the history of Reiki, what it is, what
it can do for you and how it works. There will be four attunements
over the two-day sessions which help connect you to the Universal
Life Force Energy, and align it in such a way that it can come through
you, yet not from you. You will not use up your own energy and when
giving a treatment you will feel energised rather than depleted.
Throughout the course you will benefit from listening, watching and
practising with an experienced Reiki Master tutor who will allow you
to progress at your own pace. You will learn the simple form to apply
Reiki to another and to also give yourself a full treatment. The teaching
environment will be small and friendly, helping each individual to
gain in ability and confidence. It is a very special time or everyone
involved and courses are designed for sharing and quiet meditation.
There are no formal academic qualifications needed to study and use
Reiki 1, only a desire from a place within to help yourself, your
family, friends and pets with this deeply profound and relaxing natural
therapy.

Reiki Second Degree
This is a two-day course, which usually takes place over a weekend,
but is sometimes offered mid-week
An ideal period of preparation is required of at least three months
practice at Reiki level 1, before training at Reiki level 2. This
is however a very personal choice and one that should feel comfortable
for the individual.
Reiki 2 brings about a deepening of both understanding and experience
of Reiki in practice. There are two more attunements, which serve
to amplify your healing, and time will be spent in understanding the
body’s Chakra system. You will be introduced to three symbols
of Usui Shiki Ryoho, that can be used to enhance the power of Reiki
and enable you to send distant healing.
The learning is thorough and unhurried, and there is plenty of time
to practice, for questions and sharing experiences.
A Reiki Second Degree certificate of competence is given on successful
completion of the course, and this will be needed should you wish
to join a professional body such as the FHT or Embody and obtain insurance
for professional practice.

Reiki Master/Teacher
This course is tailored to the individual and certain criteria need
to be met, for as you contemplate becoming a Reiki Master you should
feel confident in your ability to teach Reiki to others should you
wish to do so. The commencement of the Masters’ apprenticeship
will vary considerably between individuals. However, it is suggested
that a prerequisite of at least three years from Reiki 1 and two years
in professional practice be obtained.
The training for this degree is a process of growing into the intuitive
depths of the healing experience with Reiki, which takes time and
dedication.
The course will include all Master/Teaching level material, and there
will be three attunements. You will be introduced to the Usui Master
Symbol that starts a deep-reaching development that gives you the
opportunity for personal growth on all levels of your being.
A Reiki Master/Teacher certificate of competence is given on successful
completion of the course.

General Information
Students should wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring pencil/pen
and paper.
Manuals will be given for each course.
Refreshments are provided and students are asked to bring a shared
lunch each day.
All course students are welcome to attend Reiki sharing evenings that
are regularly arranged. This is a get together to practice healing
and a great way to learn from each other.
